Baytree Interiors ship all there items within the UK via Parcelforce 24 hrs (next workjing day) service. Sometimes shipments slightly further afield such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands will take slightly longer and may take upto 48-72 hours dependant on location. All European orders are sent via Euro 48 service and beyond Europe we use the International Scheduled service. We regret that once an order has been despatched and into the hands of the couriers delivery is beyond our control and subject to local conditions therefore timescales can not be guaranteed.

Please note certain products such as large furniture items or those consisting of a large amount of glass (such as items in the Venetian Mirrored Furniture range) maybe be sent via an alternative carrier and therefore not available for next day delivery. We will contact you after your order is placed to discuss this.

All orders received by 3pm on a Monday to Friday will ship that day. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
