Certain items appear on the Baytree Interiors website which cannot for legal reasons be sent to person(s) under the age of 18 years. Credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Switch etc can be issued to under 18's so we need to verify the age of the purchaser before the item is despatched. In most cases we can do this without the need to contact you however to ensure this is accomplished with minimal delay please email proof of age to email@example.com and quote your order number. Proof can be in the form of driving licence, passport etc.
Please be aware that falsifying the age declaration on the order form is a serious legal offence and should we determine you are under legal age to purchase items from this site at any time, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Baytree Interiors operates a membership scheme in which members can save 10% on their orders. We reserve the right to remove or replace this offer at anytime. Please note if a sale/promotion is active and the offer is greater than the membership discount the membership discount will be disabled in order for you to receive the larger discount.
Payment must be made in full before an order is despatched. We accept the following methods of payment via the website. Should you have a problem with payment on the website please contact us via telephone on 01845 518066 during office hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday) and we can process your order using our office payment terminal.

For a period of seven working days after the date of receipt the consumer can cancel the contract and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. All returns must be at your own expense however.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it from the carriers. All damages must be notified to us on receipt of the item. Ideally, if you could email us a photograph of the damages this will help us greatly. Send your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have your email then we can arrange collection and replacement of the damaged item.
We require an email address with every order so we can send you an order confirmation, tracking details from Parcelforce or to contact you should there be a problem with your order. From time to time when we are feeling generous we would also like to send you information about our sales or promotional code in which you can receive discounts from us. We do not sell our mailing list to 3rd parties and you will be able to unsubscribe from any emails.
