Standard Delivery

  • Despatched within 3 days of your order being placed, ideally the next working day
  • Orders placed using our Selected Day Delivery will be despatched to arrive on the selected day
  • Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will be responsible for taking the item into your home and unboxing. 
Standard Delivery UK Mainland £5.95 or £12.95 charge On the second step of our checkout, this will be the default option and pre-selected. Small items are charged at £5.95 and larger items are charged at £12.95.
Upgrades available:    
Selected day delivery, including Next Working Day Delivery Additional £7.00 charge You will need to tick this upgrade under standard delivery and select your dates from the available dates. Please order before 3pm (Monday to Friday)
Saturday Delivery Additional £15.00 charge Simply tick this upgrade and we'll deliver your order on the next available Saturday.

Enhanced Delivery

  • White glove delivery service, unboxed and all packaging removed at a time you’ve agreed. We’ve partnered with Domestic Distribution, ensuring your large, heavy or more fragile items are delivered safely.
  • You will receive a text or call to arrange your delivery within 3 working days and receive your delivery within 7 to 12 days of you placing your order.
  • Some products limit your delivery choice to Enhanced Delivery due to the weight, size or the fragile nature of the product(s).
2 Man Delivery £29.95 charge On the second step of our checkout, you will need to select Enhanced Delivery or it will be pre-selected for you due to the type of product within your basket. 
  • MESSAGE FROM OUR DELIVERY PARTNER: "On arrival at your property, we will only be able to deliver your goods to either your doorstep, or to a garage or outbuilding. Regretfully, we will not be able to enter your main premises or undertake any assembly services that you may have booked during the current situation. Thank you for your understanding."

Once the goods have been passed to the 3rd party then Baytree Interiors will be unable to affect the delivery time. Delivery times maybe indicated in tracking notifications sent to you by the 3rd party and it is your responsibility to communicate any potential issues with the delivery company. Baytree Interiors will in no way be held responsible for any delivery delays that arise of once in the hands of the 3rd party.
