Price Match Promise

At Baytree Interiors we always strive to do right by our customers and our Price Match Promise ensures that you are able to hold us accountable to this. So, what is our promise?

The Baytree Interiors Price Match Promise:

"We strive to offer all of our customers great products at great prices. If you do spot one of our products cheaper elsewhere online, or within another high street store, we’ll do the decent thing and refund the difference. Not only this, but we'll give you a gift voucher equal to 10% of the product’s value too!"

 

So the small print:

Which products does this apply to?

To ensure this promise applies to your product you will need to be sure that the product is available (and in stock) with a competitior, and that their product is the same make, model, size and colour, and comes with the same conditions of sale, delivery times and service conditions that we offer.

Which prices do we match?

The competitor’s prices need to be publicly available to all customers. For us to verify these prices, they need to be displayed in the competitor’s own shop or on their website, or be the first price quoted to our customer services team over the telephone. The price must apply to a new, identical individual product, that’s the same make, model, size and colour.

What about promotions?

We match price-based promotions given at the point of purchase, but we don’t consider service or reward-based promotions, such as trade-ins, cashbacks, extended warranties or express delivery. If a competitor is running a very short-term promotion, we may not have had a chance to lower our price, but we’ll still consider refunding you the difference.

What if you do find a lower price elsewhere?

If you do find the same product for sale at a lower price at a UK mainland high street competitor, either in store or online, and sold with the same service conditions, you can make a price match request. 

It’s really easy – just let us know in one of the following ways:

  2. Talk to one of the team in any of our stores. Find your nearest store here

Please be aware we can't offer our Price Match Promise when:

  1. The lower price is no longer available when we look into your claim (within 24 hours)
  2. You submit your claim more than 48 hours after you purchased or accepted delivery of your product, whichever point is the most recent
  3. You've cancelled your order
  4. If by some miracle the price is lower than the price we originally paid for it
  5. The competitor product does not meet the criteria laid out in the small print section above.

We reserve the right to terminate or amend the terms of our Price Match Promise at any time by posting notice of such termination or alteration on our website.
